Pros +
- Super friendly and attentive staff
- The comfort and cleanliness of the room.
- The outside and the lobby looked nice and clean. That?s it.
Cons -
- This room was not cleaned. My son found multiple objects on the floor that were not ours which means they were left from prior guests.
- Everything mostly met my expectations but the only problem was that the air conditioning/ heating unit in the room did not work at all and should be fixed for future residents of the room (Room 205.)
- The room felt grungy, the shower had stains in it, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the temperature fluctuated like crazy all night. When we arrived there were gang bangers hanging around downstairs with the rude receptionists and on the room floor.
