I'm rating this place 10/10 not because it's a 5* hotel, but because they're a perfect 2* hotel. It's a clean, quiet, inexpensive place to sleep in a great location across the street from the ASU campus. Comfortable beds, easy check-in.

Nothing to object to at all.
The only bad thing I can think of to say about this hotel would be very limited parking for you and or a guest. But it's right on the bus line and the new Tempe light rail has a stop right in front.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the room was really nice and has all the right updates. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in and I was in love with the shower. Great location as well.
