- Jacuzzi was not hot and informed the night staff and promise that it would be fixed but that did not happen.
- I have a blanket policy to rate 1 across the board when you dont disclose you charge for parking IN ADDITION TO YOUR ROOM RATE UPFRONT. ITS DISHONEST
