Located 5 minutes' drive from Arizona State University, this pet-friendly Tempe hotel features an outdoor courtyard and swimming pool. Free WiFi is included. A flat-screen cable TV is offered in each guest room at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Tempe University. An private bathroom with hairdryer is also provided. A putting green is also located on site. Pets are not allowed, only service dog and mini pony is allowed.

- The room was nice and the Breakfast was good

Cons -
- The breakfast was awful. Room keys were not available. If you wanted in your room you had to walk to front desk and pray an employee was on site. We waited in the lobby for 30 mins, as the employee left to get food.
- Yes. The fooor has pieces sticking up And it cut my foot . The TV fell of the wall bracket . They did not clean my room For three days. The breakfast was stale and the door locks did not work- please have staff close off and repair room 116
- Very dirty. Area is sketchy.? A lot of homeless in area. Only 1 towel in room. Which was a first for me. The front desk girl said a lot of the towels are getting ruined and dirty so they only give out one towel.
