We appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. We also appreciate the affordability and convenience.

When entering the room there was a bit of a musty smell.

It was overpriced for basic room. No breakfast, TV didn’t have any movie channels to watch (what even point to have it in a room?) Small shower towels.

The staff was great. Beds were comfortable. The place was very clean.They kept canisters of coffee filled in the lobby

For the amount of money we paid the motel was not worth it. No hair dyers, no continental breakfast, only vending machines.It was clean, but old and run down, it was obvious the place was still working on renovations.

The price was great. Best (lowest) pet deposit ever.The room was clean. Maria - front desk - was exceptional. The water was hot, but the sink drain was clogged. No grab bars in the tub/shower.

The hotel is in the middle of being renovated. Had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It was the kind that will eventually be hung on the wall. The room did not get cleaned or towels replaced. They need a door tag if you have a pet and do not want cleaning. We needed cleaning, but it did not happen - the dog was out of the room all day. No breakfast. No coffeepot in the room.Strange to have the sink outside the shower/toilet room. And no duvet. Just a thin blanket with a sheet under it and over it. I know it's the Phoenix area, but it was cold. If you wanted to be warm enough you had to leave the heat on and then the room gets very stuffy.

The complimentary Starbucks Keurig coffee was very good. The variety of vending machines were well stocked with a good variety of selections available. I stayed because my AC went out and I live nearby. The fact that I could bring my two pets for free was a huge bonus! And the rate was very reasonable. The room, bedding, and towels were clean.

The place is old, so the hallways feel a bit creepy and narrow. My room did not smell very fresh. Someone smoked in the room despite it being a non-smoking room, but I always bring a room spray when I travel, as that is common. The pillows were flatter than average, and the towels were scratchy, but everything was clean. The back parking lot is a dirt lot where you can also take a dog out. There are other guests wandering around out there as well, so it may not feel safe to you. I felt okay with my large dog with me.

Well gate there they find my name but guess booking. Com dint send the information so I had to pay for the room again never guess don't trust them again hotel wus great from 1 to 10 is 10 next time I call them
