The do not disturb sign means nothing. The staff still goes into your room. My cleaned underwater was stolen. I was not believed even after emptying my bags completely to prove only the dirties remained.

I loved the staff members. They were very polite and courteous. The room was clean. I also enjoyed that it had a pool and breakfast was included.

Room was worn, bathroom outdated. Unpleasant smell.

The do not disturb sign means nothing. The staff still goes into your room. My cleaned underwater was stolen. I was not believed even after emptying my bags completely to prove only the dirties remained.

Huge rooms, hot water, great water pressure in room 234, free laundry and very quiet! Staff at the desk were so fun and welcoming! The new maintenance man they just hired (unfortunately I did not get his name) was so helpful and kind to me.

Location and proximity to shops & restaurants in walking distance. It?s my go-to when passing through the area. Charming upscale town center I can relax in without driving once I arrive.

The hotel did not have water for 6-7 hours during the afternoon, and the toilets all over the hotel were fouled and disgusting. It took 5 hours to post signage informing guests that the water was shut off. I am very angry about the way we were treated.
