- Very hospital All staff was polite attentive. And helpful to fill our needs. I would definitely suggest anyone I know to stay there

Cons -
- The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, they are a dark color and you can still see how filthy they are. The rug in the elevator is gross as well.
- We were not informed that FEMA had placed people to live in the hotel, it felt a little bit uncomfortable for us, but we do understand that some situations are taken out of our hands, an up date regarding the situation would have been appreciated.
