The room was dirty and the staff were rude when I brought issues to their attention. The hotel needs to train their housekeepers. The first day upon arrival we were given a half cleaned room. The second and third day, towels were taken but not replaced.

Our room's bathroom was not the cleanest and also there is not enough places to hang things up like used towels for reuse, clothes, etc. The shower head looked extremely old and worn out. The body lotion smell was unpleasant.

The nice pool area

It was pretty on the outside. Staff was awesome and friendly. It was so quiet and that was exactly what we needed! Bed was comfy. Tub was lovely.
