- The location was great
- Its location is very convenient to central Long Beach, and it¿s typically quiet.
- The location to everything in the harbor is great
Cons -
- Was told upon checking in that not enough staff were available to provide food service by the pool. However saw food service being provided to guests.
- The sheets and bed were terrible. For a Hyatt I expected more
- I wish the room and bathroom lights had dimmers
