The location is convenient.
I really liked that they accommodated to my needs regarding my questions and cleanliness of the staff.
Location/toom. The gift card for food in the hotel was appreciated

Cons -

Multiple elevators were out of service, making for long waits. Bar tender was not the friendliest and surprised by the early close times on busy weekend nights.
The hotel is undergoing construction and is in a dire state of disrepair. The restaurant and lobby are both inaccessible, yet we are still required to pay a resort fee. The room had embarrassingly chipped furniture. They do themselves a disservice.
I feel that for a 4 star hotel, parking should either be free or have a lower rate. For $--- a night I do think parking should be free.

They made me sit in the lobby six hours waiting for my room. No offer to help with my 3 suitcases to get to or from my room.
