The Black gentleman was the only person that greeted my husband and I during our stay ! The other front desk workers all seemed confused and rude honestly no one spoke or said a word . The bar staff was AMAZING , loved the food and drinks !

Cleanliness was the best I've seen in a hotel ever. I didn't see any bugs or insects, dead or alive. an you can trust you can sleep in the sheets because they were most likely laundered after they were used by the last guest.
Nobody bother me while I was there and if I needed anything, the staff was very helpful. And thy were very respectful.

The basic facility was fine. It's just badly maintained and run.
Hotel Crescent is normally a great experience. This trip was terrible, and we¿ll likely never return. The night staff lacked the skills to find a solution when the property was oversold. We were left stranded on a busy weekend in Dallas.

The view was amazing! The glass shower. The price was good also. I saw a lot of reviews initially regarding parking issues so I was hesitant to stay here, but self- parking is on-site right in front of the entrance. No problems. It¿s abt $26 per day.
