Renaissance by Marriott Dallas Hotel

The breakfast with fresh cranberries and raspberries was excellent, and the connection to the Market Hall where fencing events take place was convenient. I appreciated the staff lending me an umbrella for walking in the rain and resolving my Booking.com issue. I highly recommend this perfect hotel.

The entire staff made a point to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything needed. Great location and very nice rooms!

Very clean, elevators that go directly to your floor as opposed to stopping at so many floors. Room was spacious & clean.

Parking is very expensive per day. I don¿t remember if it was noted that parking was not included.

Location was excellent for us, But we were less than happy with the customer service. The wake up call we needed for an early early meeting was not made and almost cost us dearly, The managment response was a simple we are sorry, For 300 a night I expect a wake up call.Food was good and bar service was excellent

The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Front desk is on point.

The food is not your problem. The problem seems to be you are understaffed. I should not have to wait 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Since I am serving myself a buffet breakfast you should understand that we want to drink our coffee within 2-5 minutes of being seated. Why not set up a coffee station for us to get our own coffee if you are too cheap to hire enough help? If you are charging that much for the food, you should be able to afford more help that can see someone sitting there waiting for water or coffee.

Staff is always kind and helpful, food is great, bar as well. The Gym is for a hotel also good equipped.

The rooms were beautiful, very quiet. The view was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast, the food was delicious. I asked for 2 connecting rooms that had 4 beds altogether. I got two queen (2 bed each) rooms connecting. Perfect.

The only thing missing was a microwave. I could have used one to heat me tea.
