Great location and beautiful hotel

The is an extra cost for everything and the front desk clerk in the morning seemed to not want to be bothered when I asked her a question

I travel a lot and found this hotel great on all aspects. Very clean, good location, amazing friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beds and pillows were great.

The hotel was very nice, better than most at the same price point (though note that I booked one day before, so maybe got an unusual rate). The rooms were clean and modern, the bathrooms were high-end, and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't included.

Food from room services was crap for spending over $100. Would not suggest getting the ribbye or sea bass. Would be better ordering in or going out to one of the fine establishments around town.

typical crappy hotel TV, not 1080p, and the hotel movie system just gets in the way. Also no outlets near TV which make it difficult to plug in a chromecast or something to watch your own content.

The hotel itself, and amenities. The rooms were spacious and very quiet.

The location is great for Love Field travelers, but if wanting to explore downtown or uptown, you'll be just a little too far for most.

The internet service was horrible. I was on the 8th floor, and ended up just using my my iPhone's 3g connection to read my emails. I also had some boxes, and asked the bell desk for help in getting them to my vehicle. He had better things to do.
