The location is perfect. A 7 minute walk from where most JFK tours start. Loads of food options around. The staff are lovely and couldn’t have been any nicer. The room was large, comfortable and modern.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Everything was great about the property and an awesome location! We had some issues with parking because our vehicle was too tall for the valet garage so we had to do the outside lot across from the street. They only had an increment of 12 hours so we had to run down at 5:30 am to reload the time. Not a huge deal but an early morning! The staff was terrific and the hotel was nice and roomy!

The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
A day or two before arrival I had been speaking with someone about parking, and the day before arrival as well and was told valet and self parking would be available anytime for the hotel. We pull up and it's valet only so we parked across the street which I was fine with but ended up getting a parking ticket due to an unbelievably stupid reason. So that was very frustrating and wouldn't have happened if I could have parked at the hotel like I was told. But still we had a great stay at the hotel and the breakfast was very good and had pretty good choices.

Beds were super comfy and our room was spacious!
Not enough toiletries, only 1 makeup remover sheet. Wish we could get one/per day of our stay and maybe lotion.

The location is good
The rooms are extremely dirty, with left over garbages from the previous customers and someone else’s hairs in the bathroom. I only booked 1 night for 2 rooms, and they charged me twice plus some extra fees for no reason. The front desk printed out a receipt for me, only listed the bookings fees for 300$ and I card still got charged for extra.
