I liked the close proximity to the convention center and to be able to walk to dining options. The lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. It contains high ceilings and old architecture that has been well maintained.

The hotel has onsite parking, for a reasonable nightly fee. We were in town for a baseball game and it was very convenient for that purpose. The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from Busch Stadium, but it's also walking distance.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived they had ?upgraded? me to a king bed. I asked the staff and they said they were all sold out and they offered me a rollaway bed for $10 a day.

Arrived about 10:30 in the evening and the front doors were locked. Another set of doors were unlocked on the side of the building, but this was not clear upon arrival. I had to call the front desk for direction on how to enter the building.

I liked the close proximity to the convention center and to be able to walk to dining options. The lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. It contains high ceilings and old architecture that has been well maintained.

The hotel has onsite parking, for a reasonable nightly fee. We were in town for a baseball game and it was very convenient for that purpose. The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from Busch Stadium, but it's also walking distance.

The pool being open was a big perk! It's heated. The breakfast was amazing! Omelet and waffle station. Close to where we were going so location was awesome! Definitely will book here again!

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived they had ?upgraded? me to a king bed. I asked the staff and they said they were all sold out and they offered me a rollaway bed for $10 a day.

Staff does not know what they are doing. They will give you the wrong information, and make commitments that they will not follow through on. Was suppose to get a room with 2 queens, instead got a room with only 1 bed.
