- The pools! The breakfast!
- Great staff. Very accommodating. Great breakfast.
- Second time staying here. Hotel is nice and good location. Breakfast is great and staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons -
- I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived they had ?upgraded? me to a king bed. I asked the staff and they said they were all sold out and they offered me a rollaway bed for $10 a day.
- Staff does not know what they are doing. They will give you the wrong information, and make commitments that they will not follow through on. Was suppose to get a room with 2 queens, instead got a room with only 1 bed.
- The bed in our room was horrible. They should consider upgrading. Felt like a hammock. We slept horribly for 4 nights. The hotel validates parking so you pay a reduced fee. I think for the cost of the room, they should validate for entire cost.
