- The front desk person wasn't that experienced and the elevator didn't work when she was sending me to the wrong room, so it was a good thing the elevator didn't work and I'm handicapped I told her that I needed a room on the first floor microwave refrige.
- No house keeping. Had to ask for clean towels and get them your self. Noisy. Had to go to front desk on second night to get new room key because the two we had stop working. Matress was lumpy and felt springs. Tv had very bad picture.
- They gave me a room with a broken toilet that did not flush I made 5 trips downstairs but the matter wasn't solve and poor hospitality on giving me towels just poor all way around
