Great customer service. First room the first check in was not so good. Second room was as expected. And because the hotel staff was accommodating, I don?t have anything bad to say about my 3 week stay.

The have bed bugs and I was bitten all over. When I realized what had happened I asked for them to change me from room but I still found bugs on the other room in my bed. I had to go the hospital because some of the bites looked infected. Manager was rude

The receptionist working at the time of my check-in needs to be tested for drugs. Besides the most obvious sign, cocaine on her left nostril, and her pupils being dilated, she was not attentive to me or other guests. She did not accommodate my family.

When we got our room the door was open so we went down to ask about it, and they said the house keepers left it open after they left for the day. they also didn't offer a new room to us they told us it would be fine.
