Upon arrival at 7:45 pm apart from the desk area the entry was dark and kind of eerie. Guy at desk said that he needed my debit card for incidentals. Why? No TV remote in room. Desk guy says come get it if I wanted it. That?s crap

I first picked a small cabin because it slept 6. I didn't realize how small it was until we got there and I realized it was definitely not going to work for 5 adults and two toddlers. The staff worked with me to cancel that cabin and get a bigger one.

The rooms were very quiet, beds were very comfortable

The location was convenient for our trip to see the Biltmore Estate. The view was amazing. I enjoyed the enormous hot tub. The room was perfect and the staff was courteous. We did not have any disturbances at any time especially as we slept.

The location was off of the main road so no traffic noise. Room was spacious. You weren't able to hear if there were anyone in the room next to you.

Overall it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was noisy all night?it was impossible to sleep. A terrible experience? Please fix that rattling sound so guests can get some rest.

Hotel is bright and nice staff at reception. Kudos to Cashmere. The hotel smell nice all throughout. Rooms are well appointed with toiletries and a coffee machine. Breakfast was very nice with chobani yogurt and pancake machine and outdoor terrace.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. Everything was so clean. The attention to detail was like nothing I have seen before. From the little notes to the towels draped over the chairs at the pool, nothing was missed.
