  • 2pm check in had some delays & needed assistance w/ TV to work in room & no coffee @ 6am 1st morn (but each morning after there was)
  • The staff was rude, charged my deposit still waiting to receive my credit. They could not give me a receipt on my checkout, promised to email one, had to call several times, staff hung up on me, very rude.
  • Smell was bad
