Nestled in the beautiful park with artificial lakes this old school boutique hotel is the oasis of peace, tranquility and rest. Rooms are large, quiet and comfortable, with everything you need for a good night's sleep. There are also plenty of options if you want to get active. There is one mile walking trail around the property. It is surrounded by the trees so you can use it all year around staying in the shade. There are two crystal pools If swimming is your sport of choice. For the fitness and weights lifting lovers there is a state of the art fitness center with a spa-like locker room. This place is my first choice when visiting Dallas.
Beautiful property, great location that was safe for a family with a small child. Loved the gym, pools, and walking trails. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. The location is also close to many restaurants, parks, and shopping centers. Very convenient!

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic, love the drinks when we got inside as well as the valet ,grabbing our bags and opening all out doors for us. Those small touches go a long way. Love love the rooftop pool, the bar inside was also great. Several great options to relax while you sip. We will absolutely be back.

Great location
The location is great. It’s connected to the Galleria mall so that’s nice plus we dined at the Oceanaire restaurant. Never had to leave. After you’ve been driving all day, this is a real treat.
From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you

Great hotel in a great location of Dallas, the hotel really met our expectations. We found the staff and overall service was exceptional. The rooftop pool and the different bars within the property are all of a high standard, and we found the food throughout was really great. Overall it was a really great stay and i'd highly recommend this hotel. Just to add the gym and fitness facilities are amazing a great addition to the property.

Room was well appointed, comfortable, and the bathroom outstanding. Great location. Coffee and good food within walking distance or on the hotel grounds. Health club - although smaller by recent standards - was outstanding and well maintained.

The hotel room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great with the right number of options. I did like the keyless card on your phone. And I liked I got a text from Hilton asking if we had any questions we could text them, since the front desk clerks were no help. The area was close to fast food joints and supermarkets. The hotel looked clean and well kept.

Location, cleanliness and service were top notch and friendly. We used the shuttle service to and from the Hyatt. While both were good, our 3am driver to the airport was exceptional, friendly and just great to be in company with..
The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and met our general needs for a single overnight stay. The restaurant offered a nice selection and very good service. Although we had some trouble connecting with the hotel to arrange a courtesy shuttle from the airport, once we were able to talk with a staff member working the front desk, all went smoothly.
Staff was amazing friendly and so helpful I will be back just because of them! Room AC amazing during the summer. The beds are super comfortable. Room is very spacious.

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic, love the drinks when we got inside as well as the valet ,grabbing our bags and opening all out doors for us. Those small touches go a long way. Love love the rooftop pool, the bar inside was also great. Several great options to relax while you sip. We will absolutely be back.

The staff was outstanding. Every single employee was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to solve any problem and to offer ongoing assistance. My only complaint was that the conference rooms were really really cold! So much so that attendees were buying blankets. Other than that, it was probably the best hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Great clean location with friendly and helpful staff
Room service and food are terrific. The rooms are clean. Some of hotel not accessible due to construction. The bathrooms are the tiniest I have ever seen in a Hilton in my life. No seperate tub and shower. Only a shower, and only ONE sink for a king size deluxe room with city view (which is extra). The bathrooms are so small, you literally have to step completely inside towards the toilet so you can shut the door. You cannot leave the bathroom door open when showering because that door covers up the shower door. Remodel of the bathrooms was done very cheaply. The food was very good. The adult drinks were very expensive and there is no way two people could get in a bathroom that size at one time. I’ll find another place to stay next time.
The location was great as was the price. We were staying as a family for the night before a flight out of dfw.

Great location
The location is great. It’s connected to the Galleria mall so that’s nice plus we dined at the Oceanaire restaurant. Never had to leave. After you’ve been driving all day, this is a real treat.
From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you

Location was great and central. General facilities of the hotel are nice. They had a winter village set up over the pool during our stay which was fantastic! Amazing food and drinks. View from our room was good. Elevators are small but fast. They have a bellhop service which was utilized and was appreciated. Staff in the café were very friendly.
The hotel itself is lovely. It has a great feel of an "old fashioned" hotel - but in a very good way, with plenty of character. The French Room restaurant, where we had afternoon tea, is very good.

Great location. Stanley Korshak’s store, great restaurants and close to many venues We went to a Christmas party at The Network. The hotel car took us and picked us up which was so nice!
Room was well appointed, comfortable, and the bathroom outstanding. Great location. Coffee and good food within walking distance or on the hotel grounds. Health club - although smaller by recent standards - was outstanding and well maintained.

Great clean location with friendly and helpful staff
Room service and food are terrific. The rooms are clean. Some of hotel not accessible due to construction. The bathrooms are the tiniest I have ever seen in a Hilton in my life. No seperate tub and shower. Only a shower, and only ONE sink for a king size deluxe room with city view (which is extra). The bathrooms are so small, you literally have to step completely inside towards the toilet so you can shut the door. You cannot leave the bathroom door open when showering because that door covers up the shower door. Remodel of the bathrooms was done very cheaply. The food was very good. The adult drinks were very expensive and there is no way two people could get in a bathroom that size at one time. I’ll find another place to stay next time.
The location was great as was the price. We were staying as a family for the night before a flight out of dfw.

It was our son’s Move in to College and Orientation week. Great location, very close to UTD and shopping centers. Wonderful staff, very good fresh breakfast and very clean place. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

An excellent hotel, with some of the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had some AC issues on arrival requiring maintenance action but the front desk staff are a true credit to this hotel, dealing with it efficiently and professionally. The location is great. It’s connected to the Galleria mall so that’s nice plus we dined at the Oceanaire restaurant. Never had to leave. After you’ve been driving all day, this is a real treat.
From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you

This is a stunning hotel. Central location was ideal. Facilities were great. It was great to be staying in the hotel and having everything you needed within the same building. I used the restaurant in the hotel and also went to the restaurants, bars, café etc within the building complex. Everything is so convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, from the doormen, to check in at reception, to pool bar service and restaurant staff, everyone was lovely. The interiors of this hotel are beautiful. Definitely will be recommending to friends and looking to stay again myself!

They didn't clean the room we didn't have toilet paper and towels
The property was clean , staff was nice , bed was comfy All good . The pool area and weight room very nice. Coffee was good. Had a fridge and microwave. Had a water leak the maid was up there immediately with towels. She said the maintenance would be there. With just a few little things yes I would recommend this hotel .
Simple amenities, but everything was new and clean. Beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious. Good noise insulation. The shower worked perfectly.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and met our general needs for a single overnight stay. The restaurant offered a nice selection and very good service. Although we had some trouble connecting with the hotel to arrange a courtesy shuttle from the airport, once we were able to talk with a staff member working the front desk, all went smoothly.
Staff was amazing friendly and so helpful I will be back just because of them! Room AC amazing during the summer. The beds are super comfortable. Room is very spacious.

An excellent hotel, with some of the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had some AC issues on arrival requiring maintenance action but the front desk staff are a true credit to this hotel, dealing with it efficiently and professionally. Great hotel in a great location of Dallas, the hotel really met our expectations. We found the staff and overall service was exceptional. The rooftop pool and the different bars within the property are all of a high standard, and we found the food throughout was really great. Overall it was a really great stay and i'd highly recommend this hotel. Just to add the gym and fitness facilities are amazing a great addition to the property.

The hotel room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great with the right number of options. I did like the keyless card on your phone. And I liked I got a text from Hilton asking if we had any questions we could text them, since the front desk clerks were no help. The area was close to fast food joints and supermarkets. The location is great. It’s connected to the Galleria mall so that’s nice plus we dined at the Oceanaire restaurant. Never had to leave. After you’ve been driving all day, this is a real treat.
From the time we walked into the hotel, everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. They explained all that was available services and ask if they could do anything to make our more comfortable. Smooth and quick check in and out. Cleaning staff and room services were excellent. Rooms kept clean and well maintained. Also, everything from food and shopping is available all in one place due to the galleria mall attached to most floors of the hotel. Also, the hotel it self had it's own restaurant and bar and pool and gym with easy access.. We are so happy that we choose to stay here. Thank you, thank you
