was unable to book a downstairs non-smoking room. when I got to my room with my luggage the door key was not active. stood for 20 min in icy cold for mgr to bring new key (had to insist he help). Door was hard to open/close. Room was damp and musty.

My room had several areas where the walls were painted different colors. There was hair in the bathtub, not mine. Also the breakfast was not up to par. Everything that was booked online was not what was shown. The location was quiet.

Location and. She was so great and was handling so many things on her own. We also obtained a full bedding package for the pull-out sofa bed; sheets, pillow and blanket. The other hotel we were at previously offered only one flat sheet.

The front desk. I had an issue with a hotel across the street canceling my room, and I was needing to jump on a Zoom call for work. She let me check in a little early & was able to get on. Wish I could give Hotel employee a 12 out of 10.
