The staff upon arrival greeted while exceptional customer service. Everything explained especially the $150 refundable incidental they charge. Cleaning staff was nice. Breakfast was hotel breakfast and eatable.

They had free cancellations and no payment up front for booking. Our room had a new tub and sink that were recently installed. Bed was comfortable. AC unit worked nice. Everything was as expected for a cheap nights stay.

E room was filthy mold in the bath tibs blood on our sheets the room looked like a drug room people were in the parking lot doing drig deals the ceiling was falling in

The Chesapeake Bay beach is literally 30 feet out the door. It's great for beachcombing and ship watching. The front desk guy was very friendly and personable. The dining area where the free breakfast is looked clean and well+kept.
