The staff upon arrival greeted while exceptional customer service. Everything explained especially the $150 refundable incidental they charge. Cleaning staff was nice. Breakfast was hotel breakfast and eatable.

It was dirt and trash underneath the bed it was disgusting they should've gave me a refund I recorded it as well I spent too much money to deserve such dirty room

Close to public transportation, clean, spacious, excellent hot breakfasts, quiet. did not mind the furniture..alot of places to eat and convenience store within walking distance
Location and that parking garage, awesome! The STAFF was amazing. EVERYONE I interacted with was super nice, they added so much to the experience. Loved the guy/room cleaner, the front desk lady, met the manager and another staff worker AND the waiter!
