- Beach access was nicer, staff was nice.
- Rooms are very spacious with a unique design.
- love the room, location, pool, view, and hotel staff within.
Cons -
- The room wasn’t that great. Shower floors were falling apart and peeling, water was unbearably hot, electricity in my room shut out for an hour, phone didn’t work.
- #1. The room we booked a month in advance was unavailable. Unhappy with the room we were given they transfer us to a handicapped room. (Assuming the only room left with the proper sized bed.) #2. I have been improperly charged.
- The front desk made no effort to help with my requests at all. I wanted to check in early, no. I picked this hotel for pool. It was closed during the pique of my stay. I wanted to sleep in. There was loud loading in and out and event set up.
