  • Location
  • Have stayed at this particular location over 11 times. Always excellent staff. Always have been pleased with rooms.

Cons -

  • Desk clerk was not trained for her job! Called from airport for the shuttle and she said it would be there in 2-3 minutes & driver on his way…20 minutes later I call her to ask where the shuttle is. She puts me on hold for over 10 minutes.
  • The mold. Noise level, guest in hallway were loud late at night and staff did nothing,my room got maid service one time in the entire 5 night stay,only because I complained and ran out of towels,toilet paper to. And the trash over flowing in trashcan.
  • Hot water was lukewarm. Heater was self adjusting or something. I?d set it on 72 and wake up with it on 67. Fix the hot water and heater/air conditioner and I would have enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and professional.
