Pros +
- Staff was very polite even though they couldn't fix issues with our stay.
- The room was very clean.
- Very clean,front desk very helpful and friendly
Cons -
- Our room had a stove but no pans. There was NO hot water. The AC in the bedroom area wasn't cooling. Then there was also what looked like puke in the corner of the bedroom on the wall. Also the closest hanging shelf was broken.
- Broken elevator. Laundry service
- I couldn't get the heat to come on the thermostat was very confusing and didn't work properly
