My autistic son wandered out the room while we were sleeping at 3:00 in the morning. There was nothing we could have done. They made us leave and would not offer us a refund. They treated us like criminals and clearly knew nothing about autistic children.

Hardly slept. Neighbors were loud and screaming. The guys in the room beside me were slamming against the wall fighting and yelling at each other. People constantly slamming doors. It was just sketchy all around. Elevator needs some kind of attention too.

My autistic son wandered out the room while we were sleeping at 3:00 in the morning. There was nothing we could have done. They made us leave and would not offer us a refund. They treated us like criminals and clearly knew nothing about autistic children.
