Staff members were all very courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Room was spacious and I really appreciated the abundance of electrical outlets and added in room seating (sofa).

The location was right in the heart of downtown Raleigh with nearly everything in walking distance.

Dirty, staff not professionally dressed, poor renovation work, staff lacked English proficiency
Parking could be better explained online and at check in. The garage the hotel suggests is apparently city owned and managed and instructions/information was very confusing and incomplete. Staff didn?t provide as much insight as I?d expect.
Hotel needs updating. Staff are ok..not overly friendly. Helpful only when asked. Bartenders are nice.

The location was right in the heart of downtown Raleigh with nearly everything in walking distance.

There is no parking and you have to pay to use the parking garage across the street. It was about $22 a day.
