The location was great, felt like it was central to what I needed. We only were staying 1 night but it was a pretty good 1 night. It was the first time traveling with friends and the 2 guys working the front desk when I checked in were so friendly, and made me feel so comfortable, wish I had thought to ask their names. The cookies were everything they’re hyped up to be. 10/10

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. At check-in they even offered complimentary water and warm cookies (asked for any nut allergies for the cookies also which we don’t have but found extremely courteous). Clean, spacious room. Very close to the venue we were visiting.

Location was nice & convenient.
Arrive to my room with it already being open, we assumed housekeeping forgot to close the latch after cleaning it. Dirty bath tub that clogged due to slow drainage causing pile up of dirt floating throughout the water. Maintenance came the next day to plunge and left everything he had plunged up, in the tub. It was the lack of regard that ruined it. Came in from a day out with family to be met with vomit in the middle of the floor, no wet floor sign, no staff making sure no one walked in it. Walked to the elevator to see signs stating that they were not working. Our room was on the 6th floor and the stairs were not in a visible area leaving guests wandering to find the stairs.

The hotel is in a good location, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It’s only a minor thing, but there was no on-going coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast is $15 per person , wish that was included in the room rate.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
We were charged for breakfast even though we upgraded the room to come with free breakfast. We went with this location specifically save on food cost. Not to mention the food was not worth 15 dollars a plate.
