- Hotel employee were both consistent in their approach to customer service. Hotel employee went above and beyond with ensuring my room was serviced and even located my phone which was mistakenly taken with the bedding. Hotel employee provided a courtesy which was app
- The hotel was nice. We only had one safety issue: a leak under the sink. I noticed it during the night. I thought it was minor, but by morning, we had a pool on the floor!

- Some of the staff members were unfriendly and did not speak English. I asked the cleaning lady of Spanish descent for towels and she could not understand me. I used a translator app to complete the transaction. Also, the WiFi was inconsistent creating pro
- I asked the front desk personnel why the elevator wasn?t working. She arrogantly said they were broken and I can get on then and get stuck if I want to. Responded by telling her I will report her to her manager and she said her manager doesn?t care
