- The lady at the front desk was very nice and had a great attitude. As was the other staff. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was great. I have always had good results with Best Western.

Cons -
- There were three elevators and one was out of service which made the wait time a little long for an elevator, but as wer were on the second floor the stairs worked for us.
- Was less than I expected.
- Bathroom hardware (shower faucet) was loose and nearly impossible to adjust. We reported that to the front desk so it can be corrected. We were disappointed that the pool had already been closed for the year (it was 82 degrees and will continue to be warm
