- I got some rest in a bed another than sleeping in my truck at the truck stop

- The fact I was put out with no refund after they locked me out of my room and I complained
- The outside of the hotel was okay by appearance but once you got inside it was absolutely disgusting, filthy dirty, burn marks on the furniture from drug use including the top of the toilet seat and run down.
