Nothing. Breakfast isn?t breakfast. It says non-smoking but there are many people smoking everywhere. Room is really smelly and carpet has dirt spots. Roaches on the wall.

We have stayed at the Wyndham in Boca Raton dozens of times, as we have family in the area. We love the salt water pool, breakfast shop, and the warm appeal of the atrium lobby. We've been there so many times, it feels like home.
We love the location, near many restaurants and a mall. The pool area is very nice and lit up beautifully at night.

Location...accessible on foot to restaurants and the beach. The stone walking path with the distance markers was a great addition, nothing I've ever experienced.
Miles of sandy beaches and offshore reefs teeming with colorful fish are among the attractions in this area. North of Boca Raton, these communities are known for their hip and happening galleries, many of them in the Downtown Delray Beach Arts District. Several great golf courses are within a few miles. Great area, the room smells fresh and seemed clean but I saw a roach after coming back from the day out. I had a bag on the desk that had a sandwich I purchased that day. I lifted up the bag after I returned and I saw a roach.
It is clean and well maintained. Staff were great, breakfast was superior to all other buffets I have experienced.

I had a horrible experience as the room we booked was already occupied. No one was there to reciting the situation so I had no choice but to leave. One of the owners said they would refund my money and then the very next day another owner refused.

Even though the hotel was making improvements, it was still very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the air conditioning was not cooling very well, but not complaints.
