The location was good and the price was competitive.
Nothing. The receptionist is pleasant.

Cons -

Has resort in the name, but I certainly would not consider it a resort. Needs a big facelift. I had a 3rd floor room, with no elevator (tough for heavy bags). The room had no garbage can, no cups even, no phone, no wifi that worked.
Everything. The hotel had no telephone in the rooms. The WiFi does not work. So I had to keep going to the front desk during the rain to get the WiFi code, which failed to work after a few minutes when I returned to the room.Lobby closure was early.
1)Photos do NOT represent the location; it?s an active construction site-debris everywhere. 2)Toilet didn?t flush for 1 1/2 days. 3)Only 1 bed vs 2 shown. 4)Wheelchair ramp broken & unusable. 5)Office reeks of smoke. 6)Breakfast room nonexistent.
