I discovered I had bed bug bites after I checked out. When I called to let them know so they can appropriately clean the room so this won't happen to anyone else, I was told no one else had complained so there was nothing for them to do.

Front desk is always rude not accommodating at all very demanding. She locked the door on us made us walk on the side of the hotel to enter at 4:00 am. Very rude when answering my questions. I will not stay here again.

The only good thing I can saw about this hotel was the hotel manger who checked me in was very accommodating. I needed a bottle opener and we was able to use what he had to pry open it for me. Also hotel transportation was on time !

The manager in the kitchen was very friendly. He made you feel welcomed. Always asked if you were doing good. Security was excellent outside watching our automobiles.

Staff seemed to care... desk attendant mentioned that we should try the biscuits and gravy in the morning. Said they had the best around. Loved seeing someone take pride in their hotel. The fancy coffee machine available 24/7 was a very nice touch.
