- The staff was friendly the breakfast was good and it was located in a busy area with things to do within walking distance
- Location was good for the purpose of this trip. Rooms were very nice.
Cons -
- We prepaid four days. Dur to flt. Delay we arrived late and hotel clerk admitted She gave our room to other guest. They Gave us the filthiest room 101 they had And never offered any remedy.
- No complaints
- Room I was checked into had a bad heater. Had to pack my things at 11:30 pm, move myself to a new room. I am 77, handicapped, was very difficult. A/C did not work in the second room. No one in hotel management seem to care, or even offer an apology.
