- Location
- What i liked most was the ambiance and cleanliness. And most of the staff. The woman there on the weekends in the morning/early afternoon is pleasant. And she has great customer serv. She was empathetic about a room issue I had. Hotel appeared clean. Pool
- We have stayed at the Wyndham in Boca Raton dozens of times, as we have family in the area. We love the salt water pool, breakfast shop, and the warm appeal of the atrium lobby. We've been there so many times, it feels like home.
Cons -
- Did not have a sitting room chair. Only swivel desk chair. Very small vanity that looked cheap. It didn't hide the sink drain pipe. Refrigerator did not work.
- My first day there i experienced a bee hive or a bee infestation of some sort on the terrace of my hotel. However the CS was great. Issue was resolved. Then went to another unit, no base was on the bottom of the door so I met a water bug.
- Like many travelers, I'd love a later check out that is closer to our flight departure, which they rarely grant. That's about it.
