- Employees are helpful and always positive and hard working. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Love the breakfast
- This hotel has an amazing location, the staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean. Also you cant beat a pool on the intracoastal.

- Could us new rugs
- Bathtub was clogged and when showering drained very slowly. While showering we stood in backed up dirty water. Raised the issue with staff but nothing could be done until maint returned back to work (we called the front desk at 415pm). Maint never showed
- Carpeting does not seem clean. Hallways are dark and dreary.
