Hotel employee were fabulous hosts. From the moment we arrived until our departure. Our breakfast was superb, and of the finest quality. Excellent views! They poor their heart and soul into their guests, and ensuring they are felt at home and loved.
We didn't want to be in the heart of the city. The inn is minutes from everything so it was a great choice. Crystal is a gracious host assisting us with our visit in many ways. The Inn was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

The provided breakfast was good but the dining room was very crowded. Find a seating place was a challenge even with the overflow room provided. The staff coped as best they could.

A Super affordable and large accommodation, where you can easily have a family of 5 stay for a couple weeks. Netflix, wifi, full bath and kitchen etc. It was waay better and cheaper than staying in a cramped hotel room. Very satisfied.

The rooms are big enough, modern and the colors are very pleasant, especially the off white wall paper is great. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are soft. The lighting and bathroom is very practical.

Glass wall in bathroom was clean. Edges and corners in the bathroom was clean. I didn't see hair from previous customer. The ocean view. The access to the parking area with elevator was convenient. Also, Quey Market is close. I had a nice and quiet stay.

I called the hotel ahead of time and asked if both rooms that I had booked could be on the same floor and as close to each other as possible . The 2 rooms were on the same floor with only one room between them.
Room decor and quality was great. The do not disturb light instead of the door hanger is perfect. Bed was good. Heated bathroom floor was nice.

The location was the best part, but having access to the hot tub, steam room, and sometimes the pool (as there are times when there is no access to any of the lanes in the pool) was lovely for starting or ending our day.

It was conveniently located near the area that I was working in. Close to all amenities, and easy to access off the highway,
Despite being on a fairly major roadway, the room was remarkably quiet. Location was easy to access from every angle of the city as well. Lots of nice secure parking spots.
The service was excellent. Staff were very courteous and efficient. It is conveniently located near several good restaurants and the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is a 15-minute walk away.

Everything about this hotel was great it's located literally on a University of British Columbia campus the campus is beautiful it offers the museums a rose garden grocery shopping a pharmacy a church and just the beauty within this hotel were trails.

Hotel itself was nice and clean, but we did not get any house cleaning service during our three day stay. They never cleaned our room, take the trash out or replace used towels with clean towers. No house cleaning person ever came to our room for 3 days

The bed was great, very spacious and comfortably fit the both of us. The tv was nice and I liked the layout. Free internet, and the location is wonderful, although we didn¿t get a nice view from our room, you¿re a 5 minute walk to the water.
