- Parking, breakfast, amenities in room
- The provided breakfast was good but the dining room was very crowded. Find a seating place was a challenge even with the overflow room provided. The staff coped as best they could.
- Wonderful staff, especially front desk. The van from the airport was timely. We like the offerings at the breakfast and they had many workers to take care of the food and cleaning. The room was fine.
Cons -
- We stayed 2x, on arrival & return. 1st room (441) was great. 2nd room (241) was right above the Jacuzzi & it was impossible to sleep with the motor going. Front desk offered to move us when the spa closed at 11pm. By that time I wasn?t making the effort.
- We woke up in the morning flooding the kitchen floor w/ water & found out it's coming from the dishwasher. The maintenance "hotel employee" consumed our time by fixing it & blamed the housekeeping, "so inconvenient". No one offered us for a new room.
- TD he hotel is far from any services. Only a very limited number of dining places are nearby, especially if one does not have a car. The airport shuttle is available but wait times can be long.
