- the location in downtown, close to train station and the gym
- Very nice and clean room. Location was wonderful.
- The location was the best part, but having access to the hot tub, steam room, and sometimes the pool (as there are times when there is no access to any of the lanes in the pool) was lovely for starting or ending our day.
Cons -

- Parking experience was the worst. They have parking but we had to call security each time to open the "automatic" gate that wasn't working. Hotel shares entrance with other businesses. Staff was not helpful at all and not knowledgeable about the area.
- Arriving in town on a Sunday when the pool closes early was a disappointment. The room service hours were available at 11:30 or after 7 p.m., which was strange as Vancouver is a large city.
