Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Only specifically pet-friendly rooms can accommodate travelers with pets. Security Deposit is required upon check in. It can be either CAD $100 pre-authorization on the credit card of $200 in cash or interac card. Please be advised that the swimming pool and pool area are permanently closed. Some parts of the hotel are also undergoing renovations, these renovations will allow us to provide the very best hotel experience to our valued clients.
