- After dropoff by cab we noticed that a phone was missing. The Bell Captain with the information that we could provide, was able to make some calls, located the cab driver and was able to retrieve the missing phone. He was a jack of all trades.

- Service is horrible. Front desk is not trained to use system and check in took 20min; room service wake me up at 7am for nothing. Can't believe I pay for this horrible experience.
- I booked 3days in this hotel, first day is ok, we like it, but the next two days is horrible. Around 6am the hotel Alarm is on. How can people sleep, and the hotel staff was no explanation, that is can no accept. I will no more stay with Hilton
