- It was clean, the staff was great, the room was beautiful, the place was quiet.
- Access to near by locations
- rooms are clean and everything is well organized.
Cons -
- The cost of the room was quite a bit of money.
- The bath tub is slippery and I fell down while taking shower. must place anti slip mats in bathtub.
- ¿they were not able to accommodate my late check in request despite having vacancy the day of checking out. Some staff had excellent customer service but some did not. Not enough bellhop carts. Also 4 star hotel should have a business center
