The best thing about this hotel would be the comfort of the bed.
View was lovely. Staff was great,  at check-in. Loved the decor, room was super spacious. Rainfall showerhead was great, and the provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash were great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Robes were silky soft.

It's a beautiful hotel overall it's just really pricey for two shots at the mini bar and a bottle of champagne a small one like a really really small one was $120 and parking overnight is $60. As a five star hotel, I would expect for parking to be free.

There was an African American gentleman who was AMAZING! My door lock did not work 3 times. He went out of his way to fix it so I only had to go downstairs once.

This hotel Four Points by Sheraton at Philadelphia airport is a dangerous hotel. On the 15th of this month February 2024 at about 06:30 AM someone tried to break the door into my room while I was sleeping. It was the scariest experience I¿ve ever had.

Location was perfect! Everything was pretty much in walking distance. The customer service was great. We liked the fact that there were board games available for leisure. The terrace area was an entire vibe!

The hotel is actually pretty nice. I¿ve seen this hotel around for a while and was a little skeptical about booking it but the rooms are renovated and it was a pleasant atmosphere.
