- The staff that I had encountered upon check in was extremely helpful and kind. The reason I had to leave my apartment in Philadelphia was an emotional & sensitive topic but these complete strangers were so understanding and sweet to me.
- Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
- Quiet, location and sleep. I like the large open lobby too.
Cons -
- I had left a personal object in the drawer in my hotel room. The man at the front desk said "all the cleaning staff had left for the day so you are not able to go back up to your room and grab the item". I know that he could have let me in my room.
- The room decor was poor the quality of the Funiture, the room felt unsafe, our view was an unfinished hallway, shower was unkept, room was very small did not match description on website
