- The location of this hotel was CONVENIENT, but the access point did not feel especially well maintained or monitored. The water temperature was great! A hot shower there was actually hot.
- The location is great. The evening staff was helpful
- The location is spectacular. It is close to everything in downtown Philly!
Cons -
- Early one morning an emergency klaxon with a recorded message that gave very little info besides it was being investigated repeated for ~15 minutes then just stopped mid-sentence with no follow-up, reassurance, explanation, or apology for the disruption.
- The front lobby staff was not welcoming nor friendly upon arrival
- The rooms are a little old and therefore, not as clean as they should be. The carpet in our room was particularly dirty.
