- The staff! hotel employee is an amazing receptionist from check in to check out. All the staff were so helpful and had a positive energy that made our group feel safe. Facilities were standard. Food was filling and we appreciated the free coffee and tea
- Several blocks from Convention Center, Terminal Market , China Town and SEPTA Jefferson Station

- Still waiting on the extra towel
- Breakfast area not so clean. Charged us again for the room. Our money was refunded after explaining to the manager. Room was not serviced though the housekepper would do so. The hotel did send us fresh towels.
