signage for the suites is terrible! We needed assistance from the cleaning staff to find our room. Front desk was not helpful with their directions. Air conditioning was non existent in the open areas near the pool and workout rooms. Very uncomfortable to walk through when carrying a lot of luggage. Parking was plentiful but the garage is a maze and once again the signage is terrible.

Excellent location, spacious room, and clean. I love that there is a parking lot that is easily accessible and that I can use my room key to get in and out of the the parking lot.

I didn’t like that there were no microwaves in all the rooms. The front desk only had a limited number of microwaves to give out to the guest and there wasn’t a microwave downstairs in the eating lounge. We had a refrigerator in the room, but had to throw away our leftovers, since we couldn’t warm any of it up.

Location was excellent -- central to everything we needed. We walked but metro and bus close. Room was very comfortable.

Microwave in room would have been nice, though there are tons of restaurants and the Redding Market closeby.

The parking garage was horrible & it took 3 people & a backup camera toGet a Ford Edge into the tiny spot. Glad we did not have a larger vehicle

Hotel is central in a good area.

Although breakfast options are great the evening bar menu was just adequate.

Our room was on the 24th floor; beautiful view, absolutely stunning. Room was very clean and nice. This hotel is close to all our favorite spots and it’s noisy at night, which is something we quite like (i know it’s not a good thing for most but we’re city people through and through). Room service was great and quick; food is a bit overpriced in my opinion but nothing too bad. We loved that there was a parking garage on property so we didn’t have to find parking elsewhere. Pool was not heated as advertised and quite dirty so we only stayed for like 5 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were so soft. Overall, great experience.

Rooms were clean

Check in was a nightmare. They need more than 2 people. Took over an hour bc our room still wasn’t ready. The waiter at the restaurant was very inappropriate and made a group of 3 females uncomfortable. Noise complaint at 8pm? We were listening to music at a normal volume.
