The main pool and swim up bar were totally awesome and made the stay enjoyable. The lazy river was fun and added to our enjoyment. The sunrises were beautiful on the ocean and the lagoon was calm and swimable.

The consistent access to food and drinks was amazing. It is a walking destination resort but the walks aren¿t bad. Completely scenic. Fun events every night. Jam packed with entertainment. Ask about the white party and the orange carpet party.

The beach and pool was the best thing there. Unfortunately, to receive excellent service you must pay extra for the upgraded diamond room, in which comes with a butler. The Italian restaurant was a complete joke , and I¿m not Italian. Seafood was good.

I’ve stayed at TRS 5x since 12/2022 and this is the first time that I wasn’t pleased with the butler service. I had to reach out to the butler of my previous visits, Vic Sosa, to satisfy our needs of restocking our mini bar & providing fresh wash cloths.

The staff and butlers were very cordial and friendly, and the property is very well maintained. The beach was fantastic and the food was generally good, plus the WiFi was exceptional.

The location and its beach front is great but I found tjhis time the sea with a lot of sea weed and some what dirty. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Check in and check out is efficient.

The hotel property was very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Pool areas and outdoor areas were great, along with the view of the beach. The property was the perfect (cozy) size where all amenities could be easily reached by walking.

I want to give kudos to Hotel employee at the pool, Hotel employee and the hostess at Chez Gourmet. Hotel employee in the Premium Lounge went over and above for us. I hurt my back and she got me a golf cart to go to the doctor. Also made our dinner reservations!

Modern and furnishings/design is lovely. Located on a beautiful stretch of beach as well. Grounds are also well tended and some staff were excellent.

Beautiful resort with a pristine beach, clean water, and great pool options. Hotel employees at the front desk were excellent. Lunch at the beach food court was a highlight, and the specialty restaurants had a good buzzer system.
The beach and the VIP pool were amazing.. The bartender Rubelin was the best and so was the waitress Elizabeth in the Buffet. The hotel knew it was my birthday and decorated my room with balloons and gave me a gift!!!
