The front desk staff is absolutely awful. We were moved 4 times in 2 days and was promised a refund but never received it. Was offered another room just to be moved again. So 3 more rooms dir a 4 night stay.

Beach and grounds/pool are beautiful. It took us 5 hrs to check in and then got the wrong room. Had to spend 2 hours the next day moving rooms.
